It's an AU, what if Chloe had left after Season 1 and met up with Ollie later. I don't even remember when I started writing it.
Heh, actually, that icon kinda-sorta fits too. Chloe's still Watchtower, but she and Ollie are partners in the whole hero-teambuilding-thing.
